Jennifer was able to get us the best deals on our Rivers and Castles cruise with AmaWaterways. She kept us informed prior to our trip, and welcomed us back home. We have booked another river cruise with Jennifer for the same time next year with a group of friends, and look forward to meeting her in person then!

My husband, daughter and I took the most wonderful trip to Scotland in September, and Jennifer was such an amazing partner in putting things together for us. We are fairly novice European travelers and having her to offer ideas and advice was invaluable. She suggested we rent a car to be able to access places we might not be able to get to with a tour, and that was such a good call! Driving from Inverness down to Loch Lomond was just stunning.

Jennifer was a great help in finding day trips, hotels and just bouncing ideas off of. Plus the app she has kept my trip organized. During the planning she was easy to get hold of by phone or email and she followed up just prior to departure to make sure there wasn’t more she could do. I would recommend her to anyone. The trip went smoothly but there was piece of mind knowing that if I needed help she would be there.

Jennifer did a wonderful job of putting my plans for a run outside of Fairbanks last Sept into reality. Flights, hotels, car, train, hot springs, all around doing the Equinox Marathon. A fairly tight schedule that worked out nicely.
We are now doing a Danube River cruise with AMAWaterways all arranged by Jennifer. She is keeping us informed as to what needs to be done when with all those logistics including a pre-cruise visit to Prague. Really appreciate her responsiveness and her thoroughness. Definitely recommend
